its not about the atm machine but the system running on it. mao na gi tawag ug host time out. to be safe, withdraw nalang gyud mo sa kung unsa inyo maintaining bank. let us say kung unionbank atm card holder ka, you may withdraw to any unionbank atm machines. some other banks if their client experience no cash dispensed (NCD) but debited to their account will be credited back same day if the client happened to withdraw to his/her maintaining bank atm machine.

if ma NCD mo to other atm machine (example unionbank atm card withdrawn to metrobank atm machine) it will take 7 banking days(it will be reconciled by both banks and take note different bank has its own policies).

mas worst if rare ang error sa NCD kai it will take 14 banking days since it will be investigated by the network provider (megalink, bancnet, expressnet)

bottomline, f imo atm card kai metrobank, f mahimo adto lang gyud withdraw sa atm machine nga metrobank. mahal na r ba ang inquiry fee ron, P1.00?? then withdrawal fee kai P12 for megalink and bancnet and P10 for expressnet per transaction?? not really sure. f wala gyud lain atm machine, take the risk

kasuway ko ani sa una sa BDO...nagwithdraw ko ug 7k but wala nigawas money then naibanan ang bal...ako ra gtawagan ang customer service nga number found aat the back of the card...then ila raman pud gi balik ang money sa card...but mao lagi....7-10 business days pud...

kasuway pud ko ana, pero own bank nako, RCBC. 500 to, pero bisan nag 500, ni reklamo jud ko. i got it after a month pajud.

Ka try ko ani sa Davao City... My account was UCPB, the added injury was that, I withdrawed from another bank, Asia United Bank.

Pag gawas sa receipt then pag check balance nako, na kuhaan ko ug 2k! What's worse is that I have a date during that time!!! Maayo nalang, nakasabot ako ka date, nag borrow langsa ko niya ug money.

Hassle kaayo kay first ako ge tawagan ang UCPB Manila, then ingon sila, adto kuno ko sa local branch... Then pag adto nako sa local branch kay ge ingnan ko nga adto ko sa katong bangko sa ATM nga ako ge withraw (Suplada pa jud kaayo ang teller, gwapa ug imal unta...).

Then finally I went to Asia United Bank in Davao City, reported it, and I waited around two weeks before nabalik ang 2k sa ako ATM...

Whew!!
