better buy a new webcam.. Webcam is that certified compatible with 64bit OS specifically for windows 7..

in my experience, it should not restart kung dili compatible..... it just wont work if its not meant to be. could you check your webcam for defects? or maybe you have a defective motherboard (Universal Serial bus)

This webcam is brand new sir bought last week at PCX-NRA. I could not find a better webcam that has 8 mega pixel in an A4Tech brand. I tested on front usb on my CM 690 II advanced,, same thing happen. I also remove the keyboard usb to place the usb webcam if i suspect a defective usb,,all usb are functioning well. But after that, all function of the webcam is functioning well. The only problem is when dis webcam is separated from the PC and put it back.... it crashes.
Maybe you are right sir,, dis webcam is not compatible with 64bit,, but maybe there is another solution than selling my webcam right away.

defective OS....or gubaon ang drivers gi hatag. Try searching ofr Windows XP 64 bit drivers for that webcam coz sometimes they work on Win 64 bit

could be a grounded usb.... although its brandnew there's no assurance that the webcam is 100% defect free...
