99.9% bec. & .1% is left for you to improve
There is no disinfectant or soap that could kill 100% of bacteria. If they will advertise that it would kill 100% then that would make it a false advertisement.
Scientists studied the survival of bacteria and they even created a bacteria torture chamber and all their test shows they can only kill most of it but not all of them.. Even a microwave couldn't kill 100% bacteria not even freezing it.
So to say 100% would be a false claim.

i dont feel 100% in honest if its money making method (Mrktng.Strtgy)
its an often based on the ideal laboratory conditions to all household
cleaner products to come upon only the percentage standard of 99.9%

i guess this is a chemical issue which something that would
be toxic to humans ( the damaging affects of the chemicals when
its needed to achieve 100%) which is harmful.
