    I buy my tuna sa citramina barato lang, steamed butangan daghan ginger and cayenne pepper. chicken maski asa dili lang pabutangan ug sauce. rice is half cup.

    kung tambok jud ka. sa first month lang nimo u will lose 5-10 pounds. ako kay 10 pounds. from 200 to 190. after 9 months w/ 5 months of exercise(not intense) 170 nako karon. from 37 waistline to 31 nalang. but still flubby gihapon. mo bawi jud ko sa sudan and sometimes sa utan. pero ok lang. i still eat pasta/pizza. basta no rice lang jud.

    Btaw Bro noh, nindot dyud nang proper ato diet and with exercise kay maka kaon ta ug bisag unsa without the guilt. Magsugod nako balik pagamay. nagtambay ko ug 1 month sa balay...wala nakoy physical activities..

    Breakfast = Kashi GoLean cereal + skimmed milk + banana
    Snack = nuts + skimmed milk
    Lunch = Brown rice + Mixed Vegetables + chicken breast or 4 eggs
    Snack = Sardines + whole wheat bread + skimmed milk
    Dinner = Mixed vegetables + any lean protein sources
    Snack = Air Popped Pop corn + skimmed milk

    Post workout meal usually around 8pm = 1 scoop whey + 2 bananas

    nindot nga diet bro!

    bro, unsay advantage sa skimmed milk over non-fat milk? paggrocery nako last monday, mupalit unta ko ug skimmed instead of my usual non-fat milk. but lower man iya protein content so wala ko nidayon. gusto pud unta ko mupalit ug brown rice pero pwerting mahala man diay! around 80+ ang kilo.

    Let me share mine.

    Breakfast:
    I usually alternate Coffee or Nesvita Cereal Drink or Simply Water paired with Wheat Bread or Boiled Camote

    Lunch:
    1/2 Rice and Viand (Pork,Fish,Chicken or Beef)
    1 Banana

    Snacks:
    Wheat Bread/Cereal Drink/Apple

    Dinner:
    Corn Flakes with Low Fat Fresh Milk or
    Wheat Bread and Low Fat Powder Milk (Nesvita) or
    Boiled Camote and Low Fat Powder Milk (Nesvita) Milk or
    Wheat Bread and Viand if hungry
    Sometimes I also eat yogurt after meal (Nestle)


    Lastly, you have to exercise. Even 20-30 mins a day ra. Even while watching TV. You can just move around or jog in place or do sit ups.

    Don't forget also to treat yourself once in a while. Or while on weekends. Pra di kaayo deprived ang feeling.
