Default Post your Low-Carb / High Protein Diet

I've been having problems lately in my diet. What food to prepare/buy, what foods to eat that are high in protein and less carbo. So far, i eat normal sud-an but i substitute the rice with some other food, like vegetables or eggs. but lately, im having a hard time looking/preparing these meal and usually if you are in this kind of diet, you need to spend more. So, anyone could share your diet program or protein shake program?
