mine is: 1.gamay ra kan on sa breakfast mostly consists of oatmeal with honey and milk,i use to eat 2 breads a day ako na gihunong.,if puol na oatmeal, crackers with a glass of milk
2. drink green tea after lunch and dinner ( i prefer celestial green tea pde sad twinings and lipton)
3. figure twister every night ( sauna ra ni) karn panagsa na lng
4. no eating of junk foods
5. im not into sweets
