    Thanks for the reply sir! wow! i have been eating lots of nuts these days bantog ra gi bugas ko! though gamay but usa dako ug naay mga gagmay... ug maka arthritis pa jud!!! pastilan! i tend to eat lots of peanut butter and nuts man gud kay mao man ang food nga protein source which are readily available, perhaps i should change my food intake by now...

    last nite :oatmeal + 4 glass of water
    today : oatmeal + 3 glass of water.

    ah ka sad sa ako life. HAHahaha

    lunch 1 lumpia 1 serving small serving pancit 1 small serving baboy
    snacks 1 ham sandwich
    dinner 2 chicken drum stick.

    wala ko ka update pila ka days kay nag travel man mi out of town, didto mis moalboal. sad thing is, naka witness pa jud mi pagka lumos atong guy sa kawasan. infact naa siya sa background sa among pics atong sat morning. until now, wala pa makita iyang body. i guess its on the news, sunday ug monday, not sure karon, wala pako kabasa. anyways, yesterday, nag cereal ko morning, nag tuna sandwich mid day, lunch kay half rice, chopsuey, pansit ug ripe na papaya. last night, utan ra akong gi kaon. lots of green tea. today, cereals ganina morning, mid day, 1 pc sweet potato, salad for lunch, fruits lang guro ko for dinner

    1 - rice,egg,longganisa,vits(multi,e,c)
    2 - coffee, 2aminos
    3 - rice, ampalaya, siomai
    4 - wheat w/ turkeyham
    5 - wheat w/ peanutbutter
    6 - protein milk

    i have been battling weight lose after i stopped breastfeeding my son. hahay! i am currently 108.5 lbs and want to get back to my previous 97 lbs.

    bfast: 1 mug coffee, 1 cup of fresh vegi/fruit juice, 1 sliced wheat bread, some ham and cheese

    wala na mo nangaon diri? hehehe. my yesterday's log:

    9am - multi, e, c
    10am - rice,egg,bangus,kangkong
    11am - amino, GT (preworkout drink)
    workout
    1:30pm - whole wheat pasta with cornedtuna and fish tofu
    3:45pm - same as above
    6:15pm - grilled chicken, tomatoes
    10pm - 1spoon PeanutButter, 2 ZMA tabs.
