    Default weight watcher's food journal


    they say that diet is essential to lose or gain weight. i agree to that. but most people here are challenged to lose weight rather than gaining it. and if you are into this challenge, you tend to resort to all sort of advices and possible actions to attain your goal, diba? so lets help one another here. post what u have eaten today and we will comment if u have been eating healthy or not. basin makatabang diay. let me start, since buntag pa man karon, i just had a non fat milk with low fat cereal for my breakfast, then green tea. for lunch, im planning to have green salad veggie no mayo with a slice of garlic bread, late afternoon snacks would be fruit and cereals for dinner na pud

    1 cup fresh fruit/veggie juice
    1 mug coffee w/ skim milk no sugar
    2 slice wheat bread w/ spread of garlic butter from pan de manila

    as of breakfast, i have eaten 1 serving of adobong batong, 1 egg, 1 maling, 1.5 rice and a bottle of tropicana... then a teaspoon of lactopafi, and enervon....

    lunch nako ganina kay whole wheat sandwich with lettuce, tomato, white onions, cucumber ug ham, walay mayo, yogurt ako gibutang, then before ko nag jogging ug nag belly dancing, nikaon kog takoyaki with bihon, when i got home from jogging, whole wheat sandwich nasad with green tea.

    lunch nako. kay monster franks + 1 tall drip coffee
    dinner spageti + coke + cake (bday man)

    breakfast: sinangag rice, fried egg, chorizo, adobo, milo. dats all

    wala pud ko nagpalabi. kay lisud na mo burot balik. ni attend ra ko.

    breakfast:
    2 slices homemade pizza + 1 mug coffee

    grabe akong breakfafast karon, 1 pc whole wheat bun nga naay lettuce, onions, tomato, cucumber ug tuna spread pag 6am, pag 8am nikaon ug murag 2 ka cups man siguro na rice ug tawgi nga nay carrots, nag sima2 gamay sa chiffon cake. hahay, i jogging karong hapon. light lang ang lunch ani or fruits na lang para mabawi, grabe ug manubra ug kaon. lami man gud ikaon oi, saon na lang jud. bitaw, lisud burot balik

    yesterday afternoon, nag binignit ko, then french baguet usa ka buok, then kanang martys na chichiria nga gamay before ko nag belly ug jog. wala nako nag dinner, nag green tea lang ko. this morning, cereals with non fat milk, walay sugar
