dinner - i'll take mga 4pm-5pm .. light na lang then after six, mag snacks na lang ko ug crackers, then milk or white wine/redwine before i go to bed.
KASAAC CIA- maka bugas na siya, kay main ingredient ana is peanut na naa components na maka cause ug break-outs, dapat moderate lang..ayaw sigeha...plus nuts mka cause na siya ug arthritis...labaw na pud ang mga beans..
