question: is chocolait 5ooml w/ 16 gms protein ok for a post workout meal alternative wala pa kasi budget for ON whey eh....
plus....im struggling with my fat sa breast (bitch tits) and bil bil ko....this is so weird and frustrating....
i look lean sa arms ko...may laman naman upper chest ko at may width (i do flyes hardcore---i follow scooby program , youtube)
but yung chest lower is may fat talaga....kakainis....i dont do pulllovers...not sure if it can really help
takot ako mag super cardio baka muscle loss din ....

generally, i train hard especially arms and chest and a little ab training..
NIGHT SNAX: ETO YUNG TRICKY.....2 spoonful peanut butter lilys at wheat bread 2 slices (i prefer goldilocks)
but yet, im still bilbilly and may fat sa chest.....THIS SUCKS AND IM FRUSTRATED!!!
I NID EXPERT ADVISE ESPCIALLY DIET IN THE EVENING...I BELIEVE , ITS MY DIET IN THE EVENING THATS CAUSING THIS....
^ Damn.. based on what I know, your problem can only be fixed through surgery. I don't think you can get rid of that through exercise once it has appeared...
