    Nag-inquire ko sa membership kay ga-increase daw sila.
    Majority sa ila cardio facilities kay giilisan na ug bag-o/modern model.
    Nag-increase pud ang bayad:
    Php 2200 for monthly
    and
    Php 2400 for 20 session cosummable for 2 months.
    FYI lang sa interested sa Marriott Fitness Center.
    naa silay student price? 24 hours sad ba ila gym like waterfront?

    @elroy15 naa sa PowerGym (15th flr, Club ultima) for nonmembers student privilege gym package, dili sila 24-hours open 6am-10pm sila.

    P1000 only 1 month, unlimited gym, group exercise, locker, shower, body fat analyzer

    2K 1 month, 5400 3months ; katunga sa citigym sad oi. naa sad 2500 for 20 sessions in 2 months. tawag lang sa number bai

    I have been working out na for 2 years na...

    question: is chocolait 5ooml w/ 16 gms protein ok for a post workout meal alternative wala pa kasi budget for ON whey eh....

    plus....im struggling with my fat sa breast (bitch tits) and bil bil ko....this is so weird and frustrating....

    i look lean sa arms ko...may laman naman upper chest ko at may width (i do flyes hardcore---i follow scooby program , youtube)

    but yung chest lower is may fat talaga....kakainis....i dont do pulllovers...not sure if it can really help

    takot ako mag super cardio baka muscle loss din ....

    i'm 5'6 tall, 170 lbs ....ewan ko ano body fat percentage ko...basta may bilbil msyado at may fat sa lower chest (furstrated)

    pre workout: ON whey 1 scoop
    post: within 30 mins , 1 scoop uli...(sumtyms chocolait pag walang budget)
    ----2 hrs after, i eat a normal meal half cup rice, 2 tinolang manok and 1 veggies....tubig, tubig tubig tubig

    generally, i train hard especially arms and chest and a little ab training..

    NIGHT SNAX: ETO YUNG TRICKY.....2 spoonful peanut butter lilys at wheat bread 2 slices (i prefer goldilocks)

    but yet, im still bilbilly and may fat sa chest.....THIS SUCKS AND IM FRUSTRATED!!!

    I NID EXPERT ADVISE ESPCIALLY DIET IN THE EVENING...I BELIEVE , ITS MY DIET IN THE EVENING THATS CAUSING THIS....

    ^ Damn.. based on what I know, your problem can only be fixed through surgery. I don't think you can get rid of that through exercise once it has appeared...
