1.drink 2-3 cups of green tea daily( any brand ) but mas daghan antioxidant ang celestial pure green tea
2. exercise regularly..doing squat, crunches
3. minimize eating junk foods and bread
4. drink at least 1.5 t0 2 liters of water daily
5. eat at regular hours
that's what i do, from 49 kilos i am now 46 kilos ..dugay pa nuon ang result but try lang
also, during exercise i used waist trimmer ( binder ) or if feel nako dako jd ako tiyan, magbind ko during sleep, ini buntag singot kaayo sa tiyan
@TS: ayaw sige inum ug coke ug bugnaw nga tubig. Nya beer pud.. ayaw sige kaon daghan...
