controla imo diet. dapat kabalo ka muihap ug calories. every packed food in the grocery naa sa luyo ang nutrional info
even bisan dili ka mg jog/run you can still get ripped by just tuning your diet. a combination of diet and exercise will get to your goal faster.
pila man ka calories imo kaonon everyday? well it depends on you size. a 5'5" 130 sedentary male, will just require ~1500 calories a day to maintain weight..
so if this same guy, eats only 1000 calories/day, or 500 less than his maintenance, he will have a deficit of 3500 calories in a week, 15,000 calories in a month 183,000 calories in a year
I'm sure in a month's time of calories deficit, this guy has lost some fat and bilbil already just sitting down and eating less
