I'm 36weeks pregnant and Omega 3 is one of my vitamins. I jz drink about once a week lng kay i feel nauseous jud with it's smell! Inig take nako kay sige lang kog burp after (mga once every 5mins. siguro!) and ang mu gawas na baho kay fish-like na smell which is very distracting up to the point na mu vomit ko.
Unsay best way na pawala sa baho? Like what should i drink or eat para ma eliminate lang jud ang smell ig burp nako? Or should i still continue to take it?! (though i know it's very important for the baby's devpt.)
