Well, it really depends baya sad.. We have also to consider the parent's involvement with their kid's education. Bonding can happen at anytime, any place. If the parent's are really involved with their kid's education, they can help out when they are doing their homeworks, projects, preparing for an exam, reading and even discussing current issues or literary works and in effect bond with them.

supak ko ani nga policy. kids need to have that sense of responsibility while naa pa sila sa elem and highschool level. to prepare them sa kung unsa may i-pursue nila nga career in the near future.
bonding AND homework can be done at the same time. if ang parent mag-monitor sa bata kung sakto ba iyang homework, and ma-enjoy nila ang time, di ba nagbonding na sila? and putting bonding and homework together sounds like QUALITY TIME to me.

hmmm i guess depende raman jud na sa teacher, much better naa jud assignment para ang mga bata nato ma disciplina sad, and to practice their time management...ako i admit sauna basta naa mi assignment sa weekend on the last hour na jud nako buhaton,and now i realize na dli jud dapat kay daghan nya sayop sa mga assignments lisod na kaau...
