experience sad ko ingana na situation, wala nalan nako tagda...

Nagwork ko before HR sa BPO. Part lang ma ni sa workplace mga ani na situation, pero tama ayaw tagda, unless affected na imo work.time to do something.
Wala ramo kabalo unsa ka boring maging HR..hahay.
much better look for another playground boss or paubos nlng.

I don't know why some people kanang naa sa work think being an HR is cool, kay mao ni mag process ug mga whatever ninyo, mo hatag exam, mag interview..Wala lang mo kabalo....O,Kabalo namo karon.

pasagdi lang...ayaw tagda...pero remember always nga ikaw as a type of employee nga "income-generating", ang HR is a liability, yet responsible sad cya sa mga employees.
wala man mahimo ang HR nimo if wala kay violation sa company rules and policies.
Tumana sa kinasing-kasing ang tanan guidelines pero kung dili ka maka tuman aw ma ipit puno gyud ka sa mga warnings, notices until ma terminate ka.
so ayaw na lang hulat RESIGN if you have tendencies to violate company rules just because others are also doing it.
Ang tolerance sa supervisors, managers or hr personnel with your shortcomings mag depende sa imo
relationship nila. if kontra mo piti ka, if friends mo they can turn their heads the other way up to some degree.
pero just remember you have your RIGHTS .... Due Process should be exercised.
If First Memo ra na imo na dawat and still there's no corresponding punitive action imposed upon you
then dawata na lang sa walay kusmod.
Don't fight HR kay ikaw man ang sayup in the first place.
You can't justify your actions just because others are also doing it.

Just do your share and your part as a paid employee. Be conscious and sincere in doing your job.
