di na jud mangita kay di man tanan tawo sa pinas naa cc. and besides kinsa man ganahan i-photocopy ila cc and mga info didto mahibaw-an like cc number, expiration date.. etc... which is pwede gamiton pang transac online. samot na kung makuha na 3 digit code sa likod...
so i suggest sa mga cc owners.. tabunan na 3 digit code and some valuable info with a "hard to remove" sticker para di makita anytime mo transac ka sa tindahan
dili bitaw tanan tao sa pinas naay cc, mao bitaw sa confirmation page, naa man payment type if either mastercard or visa (meaning through cc) or counter payment (cash)...
and if i remember correctly, dili nila pangayo-on ang photocopy but rather ilang rang tan-awn, kay mugawas mana sa ilang computer kung kinsa ang owner sa card...![]()
actually this is credit card fraud. ang responsibility sa merchant (cebupac) naa sa bank and not directly to the credit card holder. so they answer to the bank and not customer himself... its futile to expect answers from cebupacific kay while investigation is still ongoing, they can only answer to the issuing bank so that the investigation will not be compromised.
adto ra mo ask sa inyong bangko about sa status sa investigation... di sad na sala sa cebupacific kay technically, responsibility man sa card holder iyang card and all the info related to it. if dili jud inyo ang charge ila man na ipost as fraud and you will not have to pay for anything unless it was lost or stolen and wala g.report. heads up lang, investigation usually takes a month or two.![]()
