have you tried calling their main office? ive heard it will take awhile to get the refund

yes, naa but it will take a while, usually 2-3 mos... pero kung promo, murag wala na...

waaaah ako nag pa book ko dec 2007, ga pa process ko refund jan 08 -> refund ni sud aug 2008.. sakto nah??

international ticket to xa nga credit card payment purchased online.. grrrrr cg pa na nako gi follow up ha.. hapit every week nanawag ko

dugay kaayo sila maga refund.. tinuod na 60 to 90 days??

based on what ive read online, it will take at least 30 days.. (at least ha,, so it would mean 60, 90..and so on ) the refund will be credited to your credit card daw.. can someone confirm this??
