Try figure out first how much people in HK and SG are making. Almost everyone has a house or flat so klaro kaayo nga maka afford sila. And what about those who can't find jobs? Are you suggesting we are responsible for giving houses to jobless people? If you are jobless in HK or SG then it's because you aren't trying hard enough.

Pulpol na kaau ka ug dili ka katrabaho. Job vacancies is higher than the supply of labor. Mao na ang nahitabo sa develop kaau nga lugar like HK & SG. One can be a gasoline boy if he lacks the skills or educational background.

tell that to millions of people who are jobless, some of them also don't qualify even for a gasoline boy..and don't directly compare us also in HK and SG, 'coz as what you said, they are highly develop countries, and we are not..

Hahaha you didn't pero so what do you propose to do with all those people who can't find the job. How is that point relevant as a counterpoint to the ecozone idea? Aren't there already jobless people today? I'm just confused by your statement because it seems to me you are against ecozone unless everyone can afford a house. I don't see any evidence that fewer people will be able to afford a house if we became like SG. Yes, homes will be more expensive but salaries will increase too. How many pinoys now can afford a house? not counting squatters...
