i would agree to that bill. this would somehow employ a lot of us cebuanos. but i think this should go through some tweaking especially on the Tax issues so that the govt could also also benifit from foreign investors. in that way it will be a win win scenario.
in terms sa ila work force..theoritically mas daghan foriegners kaysa locals, eventually ang uban foriegners nahimo na PR...mao na progressive ang SG kay maayo pagdala sa ila presidente...not only filipinos daghan sa SG..mga bangladesh pwerteng daghana, sri lankans, indonesians, much more malaysians, and also from ROC...nagkalata lang diri,,dili raba kasabot english...so dako jud chance ang pilipinas if kamao ang modala...dili tuod corrupt pero wala sad alamag labi na sa relations to other countries..

Try figure out first how much people in HK and SG are making. Almost everyone has a house or flat so klaro kaayo nga maka afford sila. And what about those who can't find jobs? Are you suggesting we are responsible for giving houses to jobless people? If you are jobless in HK or SG then it's because you aren't trying hard enough.

Pulpol na kaau ka ug dili ka katrabaho. Job vacancies is higher than the supply of labor. Mao na ang nahitabo sa develop kaau nga lugar like HK & SG. One can be a gasoline boy if he lacks the skills or educational background.
