local government --> national government

federalism:
local government --> state government --> federal government

since you dont believe that national government will be equivalent to state government in a federal system. the duplication i keep stating. which will make running the government much expensive and inefficient than the present government

cause local government will still rely on Manila (like you said we used the same infrastructure what we had now) is that decentralized?

its already expensive splitting to 11 states and you want us to split equivalent to the number of our provinces.

My response to this is why the heck do you care if they want to be independent? Do you live in Mindanao? If not, what business is it of yours, you don't own that land and you don't live there so mind your own business? That's the problem in this country, the people in Manila and their loyalists, which includes you, want to force everyone to kow-tow to central rule by Manila and force everyone to be part of the Phiippines but haven't given anyone any reason why they should want to be part of this country. If the Philippines were well run by those people in Manila, why would anyone want to leave? On the flip side of the coin, if a country is so badly run why would anyone want to be part of it? Do you agree or disagree that Singapore has been better off ever since they left Malaysia and formed their own State? Its plain obvious that Catholic Filipinos and Muslims don't get along, it's like a bad marriage where the wife keeps getting beat up by the husband but is forced to stay in the marriage by the barrel of the gun to her head, just because the husband wants to use her for *** but doesn't want to give her any love in return. That's the experience of Mindanao so far. In exchange for being part of our wonderful country, they were given Ampatuans.

I'm not a muslim but I understand why they might want to get away from manila, because I feel the same way about cebu.
