suggestion for complex carbs:
corn rice(mais), brown rice, sweet potato(kamote), potato, pasta, wheat bread..
if naa pa lain nga ako nakalimtan add nalang mo guys..
sakto si sir kay wala gamit intense imo work out pero kulang ka ug protein na mubuild sa imo muscle.
Lack of protein intake while working out doesn't really make your workout "way gamit" or "useless". It actually still gives you gains.. but really minimal! again for the whey protein... It's only a SUPPLEMENT. it only REPLACES whole foods if you CANT eat whole foods. Take note that you are required to eat 500 healthy calories more than what you need everyday to gain maximum results in a week. Whey protein calories averages to 100-150 per scoop.. Thats really low compared to 1 grilled/boiled chicken breast. thats around 250-400! Nearly double the healthy calories you get from whey protein! Though whey protein does have some advantages.. remember that it is BEST taken after workout because of it's fast digestion.
