intended for those who wants to build up extra muscle or just gain extra weight
its not necessary to do high intensity all the time man but at least work your muscles to its limit

if you are taking too much protien also, makadaot na sa imong kidney
any unused protien in your system will be excreted through your kidneys(ipangihe ra na nimo ang sobra)
