you will gain wt in bulk ha, not pure muscle gyud. so my suggestion is, pick the one that has more serving per wt sa supplement. murag ang nitro tech kay gamay ra na ila serving per container which is mahal kung imo kwentahon compare sa uban protien supplements..

mga bro ask ko. ganahan ko padako. ok ra kaon ko maayo then cut dayun? karun gud lean2x nako pero 125lbs ra. ganahan ko saka 160lbs then cut nako 140lbs. mahal man serious mass, good food lang. up lang nako caloric intake. program pang bulk. cardio gamay. sakto ba?
gud evening gym pipz! i hope you can help me out with something.. from 210 i turned into 189lbs in two months of CLEAN, HEALTHY living and diet..im still fat though and planning to take ON whey, can it help me cut for a leaner look? or is there a certain whey protein that can help me?
i only do around 15 minutes of cardio in the gym because i play basketball practically everyday, thats what helped me shed also.. nindot unta pa abs..hahaha
well, about whey protein a doctor told me maka weight gain jud ang whey protein. siguro if dili HIGH-INTENSITY imo work-out, mahimo ra tong "fat." unlike kung HIGH-INTENSITY jud, magamit jud nimo.
Mga sir I do 100x push up 3x a week for more than a year na then every week 1 hr walk ko .. tan aw nko ok na ako upper body ang blema lang nko kay daku ra gihapon akoa tyan oi unsaon ni cya pag produce ug mga packs? ayaw lang na abot ug 6 packs kay lisod gyod na kuhaon... nag gym ko for 1 yr then undang so proceed nalang ko ug push up mao gyod akoa normal routine karon...
pls. unsa angayan buhaton mogamay ang tiyan.

regarding your question about whey protiens, i would suggest not to take it for now.
if you're after lean mass all you have to do is extra cardio and eat healthy. check on your fat intake also, minimize fried foods and go for grilled or broiled.
as what i have mentioned on my previous posts that the 1st 2months is the easiest to see results because it's where you will lose water weight, after that it will require extra work.
my suggestion is this:
do cardio: skip rope for 5-10mins(boxer type ha, dili girly type skip rope. haha..) then follow it with 15reps of leg raise. do this for 3 sets after you play basketball.
lemme know the results after 3-4 weeks.
protien powder should be treated as any other supplement.
intended for those who wants to build up extra muscle or just gain extra weight
its not necessary to do high intensity all the time man but at least work your muscles to its limit
thats the key there, to cause enough breakage on your muscle fibers pra naa e.repair ang supplement nimo. that is where muscle size increases also.
if you are taking too much protien also, makadaot na sa imong kidney
any unused protien in your system will be excreted through your kidneys(ipangihe ra na nimo ang sobra)
so make sure to take in what your body needs lang..
