miss, nag basa ko ani nga thread pero sige na jud kag balik2 anang "change system, same people, same result" thing. pwede lahi napud imo masulti? something nga naay sense... kay halos tanan taw dri nakibaw na sa imo gi balik2 ug ingun. hasta pud nang tira nmu ni gwen cge nag balik2. almost every post pa jud nmu ani nga thread kay questions which lead to YOU KNOW THE ANSWERS ALREADY.

cge ka pangutana, asking for answers pero gi tubag naka sa mga taw, DI MAN KA MAMINAW. imo gusto gi huna2 mao man ghapon imu tumanon. mas maayo pa di na lang ka mangutana kay di man ghapon ka maminaw.

im just being straightforward kay you are all around the thread and cge lang balik2 imu questions and rants about politikos in power who are corrupt and unsa pana diha. dont get me the wrong way pero sobra raman pud gud.

    thanks.

Kung mag yawyaw man gani ang tawo, kana tungod kay nag pakialam siya. Pero way kapuslanan ang pag yawyaw kung dili madunggan sa pangagamhanan.

We all have common interests here, mo asenso ang atong nasod. That's the real thing. The big question is WHAT and HOW? Daghan nato ang dunay maayong katuyoan, maayong plano ug panghunahuna, pero ang problema unsaon pag carry-out, pag implement ana.

Kasabot ko sa inyo cawsa, BIGMAN. Pero you need to build a concrete master plan to reach that dream. Let us know the plan when you have. No question about your interests and motives, they are genuine and for the goodwill of the people. We are not critical about it. We are only critical of how it can be done. Layout the master plan and let it be known.

thr is only one plan i know and it is effective, kung ma hitabo ni kana mga buaya nga mga politico mag una una na layas diri larga dayon na USA..wala lain kung di civil war...gubot pero effective mo change ug government..

heres a good example, people voted for noyX2 because his mother is Cory, HELLO O_o now that he is president those that voted for him is now critizing him of being impotent, while if you think about it how long has he been president again hello. satX2 lang sigi dli gyud mu tanaw og padayun, dli maningkamot, dli willing mu learn og bag.o mao nang primary batasan sa mga pinoy. this is fact walay excempt ani sa batasan except for some chosen few nga katong ni asenso gyud.

I'm being frank, I live in this country also and a Filipino, but truth be told, BATI gyud kaayo ang culture sa taw diri, murag mga boang nga naka buhi ba gikan sa rule sa espanyol, dli mu think ahead and plan ahead for the future. to live and eat for the day mao ra gyud. saon.

"Ang mga batan-on ang atong paglaum." Still there's hope,,,, but slim. They key here is to raised the youths in such a way that we don't pollute their minds. And let them take over as leaders of this country. That could be the way.

Usahay manighupaw na lang ta kay ang atong pakigbisog dili mo prosper kay ang kadaghanan dili man mo duyog sa atong paningkamot. Kalimtan na lang nato ni. Dili pwede nato pas-anon ang kalibutan. Sayang. Life is so short, even if we call this as a "sick system", still we can enjoy something out of life here. Enjoy while there is life.
The only solution is to go to civil war...para ma usab tanan...kung walay gubot walay repurma...kung sa computer pa.. kung walay corrupt sa system ug virus sa computer walay reformat ma hitabu..so the only solution para ma reformat ang goberno mag civil war..guboton...dayon usa pa mag reformat...

naa gyud sa atong culture ang root cause aning problema....

daghan laig ganahan og federal democracy but the question is ... naka sabot ba ang mga voters that can be bought ang term anang federalism?

  9. #809
wow! that was a long read...

federalism looks like a good option. have you ever been to manila?
cebu may be developed, yes, but the difference in how developed
    is like night and day.

if manila is so rich why is there still poverty? because manila is where
the money is and people are drawn there in hopes of a better life.
many of them don't find anything and are stuck there. geez... we even
have people coming to cebu for the same reason.

is manila imperial? yes, we're giving too much power and money
to people who look down on the provinces thinking we're backwards,
uneducated, and incompetant. and we're expect these same people
    to help us?

mindanao should be the richest place... considering the number of
people there paying taxes. and they also have the most natural
resources. think how they would be if they were given the ability
    to use it?

there are people saying here that different system with the same
people makes no difference. possibly yes. but we also have the
possibility of provincial states that are less corrupt and more
progressive... rather than just one big hunk of political corruptnes
that we have to bear with now.

I'm not sure letting the youth rise is a good idea. the youth is
easily swayed and most of the time they just do it to be accepted
among peers. I've seen many join rallies or sign signature campaigns
not really knowing what the heck it's all about. and then they become
disenchanted and you've got trouble brewing.

I've also seen people seeking public office with good intentions
just to be told by people in public office to don't fight it. you can't
    change anything.

corruption will always be there... hopefully there will exceptions.

but if we have a sytem where a public official is more answerable
to his/her people then that could at least curb that corruption.

education is what this country needs more. I grew up in the
US and benefited from the free education provided from kinder to
high school (college though is a killer). it's even illegal for parents
not to send their children to school. but here we have parents
who don't send their kids to school so they have extra hands
to earn money. which is one reason masses vote for anyone
due to pogi points... they can't help it... they don't know any better.

in a federal system I am hoping that some of these states would
pool their resources to better education.

so now comes the catch 22... in order to change to a federal system
we need to educate the people.
