This is a bloody revolution. But, when this is the last option why not. Let us try some peaceful means first to avoid loss of lives of our countrymen.

I dont think na walay pakialam ang mga pinoy. The reason why a lot of people is engaged in this discussion because they are concerned. May pakialam sila.

We all have common interests here, mo asenso ang atong nasod. That's the real thing. The big question is WHAT and HOW? Daghan nato ang dunay maayong katuyoan, maayong plano ug panghunahuna, pero ang problema unsaon pag carry-out, pag implement ana.

Kasabot ko sa inyo cawsa, BIGMAN. Pero you need to build a concrete master plan to reach that dream. Let us know the plan when you have. No question about your interests and motives, they are genuine and for the goodwill of the people. We are not critical about it. We are only critical of how it can be done. Layout the master plan and let it be known.

I was referring to the majority of the Filipinos. Why? Look at our senators, last election top 2 post occupied by Bong Revilla and Jinggoy Estrada. Are they worthy there? Can they survive debate on legal matters? Definitely not. If Willie run under Manny V., no doubt he is no.1. That is just one disadvantage of a centralize government. Try to search Cebu Federal Inc. in google and explore the website. You'll find answers there.

The majority of Filipinos are the so-called masses. Don't expect much from them. If we belong to the mid-level, it is part of our obligation or at least if we have sense of obligation to help the masses. To lift their spirits up. dili na lang nato basolon ang naa sa ubos, sabton na lang nato sila. Wa na silay mahimo at this stage karon.

No, we should consider them because they are critical. They can let a candidate like Erap win an election. And I don't think they can't understand if we'll inform them well. Under the federal, all their concept about politics will changed. They will become a mature electorate.

So, what role you want them to play to implement the federal government?

Initial planned of the group is to conduct an information drive. Go to schools, religious groups, youth, and to communities. Just like campaigning, explaining to the people why the country is like this. And suggest our solution, federalism. They should be a member of the group. We can do this by sector, Cebu, Bohol and all parts of the country. This should become a hot issue. Then, when majority of the people know and understand our cause here. We may a conduct a signature campaign to do a cha2. Or be a party list and have a seat in Congress. Party list group can have a maximum of 3 seats in Congress. They will file a bill for a federal Philippines. Or we can nominate one leader to run for President bringing our advocacy which is federalism. Take note ha, we already have the majority of the Filipinos who fully understand our advocacy. That's the time nga ma federal na ang Philipines.
