    you dont need to tell me about corruption. corruption is as old as the government. im not stupid to believe in.. walang corrupt walang mahirap. the right words should be kung walang gobyerno walang corrupt

    i wonder where you get that 60% figure?

    then what masolve ng federalism ang kaning decades old problems? kulang nga budget mo suggest mo to spend more... with federalism.

    i think its better to point me the exact source.. 60% of our budget corrupted. much worst pa siguro ang federalism considering mas daghan pa politiko.
