We have this situation. Then some federal country are also successful. We can study their laws both the advantages and disadvantages. Then we can make a finer Constitution for our country.

The Philippines is always ready. The state will compose the different regions of the country. It's a regional team effort.

but i hate to break it to you lazaro, if federalism push through they gonna split mindanao into 4 regions

i know that... thats why im taking the best part of federalism and use it on our present system without changing our current political structure.

as for how to reform. i wish i could tell you but i dont know the legal proceedings and beside OT na kaau cause this thread is about FEDERAL DEMOCRACY, federal state had greater freedom.
