    Sa ako lang ba Pinas is not yet Ready for Federalism .. you know why most of the People in the Provinces is Abnoy parihas sa ilaha presidente ... unsa naman lang intown kan-on ani nila Lapok nalang ..

    Para nako sakay nalang tas Open Economy less Protectionism .... allow 100% foreign ownership on major infrastructure project ...

    Sa karon man gud ang maka afford ug Invest for a 60% share is kana rang mga Tycoon ... kini rang mga tawhana nag manipulate sa atoang economiya ...

    still its best to fix our current system rather than proceed to another system which most of us are unfamiliar and tackle another problems, beside we cant afford federalism.

    The Philippines is always ready. The state will compose the different regions of the country. It's a regional team effort.

    i know that... thats why im taking the best part of federalism and use it on our present system without changing our current political structure.

    as for how to reform. i wish i could tell you but i dont know the legal proceedings and beside OT na kaau cause this thread is about FEDERAL DEMOCRACY, federal state had greater freedom.
