This is not a political group. This is a group of concerned citizens who cry for change in our system of government. The group includes some lawyers, people in media and other concerned citizens.

Yah, this is not easy but at least we can just start. If we can enjoy the change the better. But we are looking for the future. The future of our children and future of the children of our children. In short, the future of the other generations to come.

Tumpak, korek ka diyan. Once the people will voice out their concerns. And they truly understand what they are crying for. No one can stop. People means the majority, not only 50+1 but 75-90% of the population.

I believe that this needs the strongest political will to carry out this change.

how would this proposed change in the form of government be introduced? through petition or what? if through petition, where do you file it?

Yah, you are right. This needs a strong political will. Actually, this will take time coz we need to inform the people. Once we can establish the majority, one should stand as a leader and bring the concern to the president. Then, a plebiscite will be conducted. Next, is the Constitutional Convention which will make a new Constitution.

That's why in my previous post, I asked if this is a political group. At least, CFM must enter into politics now to bring-out the concept. Once it is heard and considered, maybe thats the time that we have to educate the public/people what is this all about.

To reach out to the people right now is premature IMHO, it has to be done when the plebiscite is incoming. What this group needs to do right now, is to affiliate a political group to bring this up. At this stage, what help or support you need from the people?

Hahah what do you mean no one can stop. Noynoy is against federalism so this will never happen in the next 6 years unless you are talking about doing people power against him. People power against an Aquino?
