Just to add - its always good to manually set rams at their manufacturer' spec from the get go. I have never experienced ram incompatibilty with mobo's in setups before. There are recommended brands for certain mobo's, BUT for me ram is ram, they either work or they don't.
Test the system as much as you can and make sure those are 100% tip top shape, otherwise rma. Ram is the least of your worries (compared to other components) in a system, especially if you are not oc'ing it and just running stock.
