NO, why? (post your reasons)
Yes, I know... Then why for the past 5 pages have you've been talking all about the "CORRUPT LEADERS"... this is not the main topic, right? You never answered when I asked you "Did you see my point?". You seem to be avoiding it and go back to your whole cycle of "Corrupt Leaders" topic.
Yes, we know...we have corruption amongst us. And we have been dealing with it for the past 70 years and still no progress in it. So, like I said, we have to find another way around... We change the system and in so doing, we can change the attitude of the people running it.
Kanang mga poor regions like Mindanao would, in fact, benefit from this. Kung angay huna hunaon, Mindanao SHOULD be the richest region in the Philippines because of their natural resources... but gi suyop tanan kwarta sa Mindanao sa mga taga Luzon thus Imperial Manila.
Another illogical laws that we have. Foreigners cannot own a land, businesses and others by 100%. They need a Pinoy partner. For the reason that they are afraid that foreigners will rule the Philippines. Is this done in the US or other countries. This law hinders development.
current gov system to federal government is change in system right?
change in system but the same corrupt leaders
Did you see my point?
We change the system and in so doing, we can change the attitude of the people running it. <= kailangan diay ug change of government system para ma usab ang attitude?![]()
it will be a drastic change esp for the poor regions. but i see some good things with federalism, for one the federal government will have tighter grip of their region they can setup economic zone, maybe lower minimum wage than other region, have better economic laws and other law, etc .. in turn they will improve their economy and compete with the other region.
interesting kaayo na legal ang death penalty in one region illegal on the others. unsa pa kaha mga special law on each region lol.
