location is Buyong, Maribago, Lapu-lapu City. 60 meters from the entrance of Maribago Blue Waters Resort. The signage only says "LAUNDRY" kay wala pa nako maparegister. You cant miss it since it is just along the road and there is no other laundry shop in the area

I also own the space which is P5,000.00 / month including aircon and industrial exhaust fan. The P4,500.00 is for the monthly rate for the equipment payable until you reach P108,000.00 (bale zero interest ni). Dili pa ko kama-o mopost ug pictures dire. Mas adviceable na you have to see the location. Na-a ni sa Buyong, Maribago, Lapu-lapu City, kung katu-od ka sa Maribago Blue Waters, 60meters ra ni siya gikan sa ila entrance. Walay lain didto na laundry shop. Pangutana lang didto. To-a ko sis in law available sa buntag.

For serious buyers, pwede ko kahatag ug discount. Such as kung icash ang tanan equipment 100k na lang... guaranteed good as new ang condition

thank you sir, I intentionally planned this in order to help the new entrepreneur. The reason why most businesses fail is because of the high cost of initial investment. In my case, I had the capital, but had problems in the operations for I failed to realize that it needs my continuous presence. And this I cannot do now.

nag one year ko last month bro. Pero kung sa tinu-od nga nag-open, wala pa ka-abot 3 months kay pirmi sarado kay ako tawo dili serious kay duna pud lain gipang atiman, kung duna turista, mukuyug man (part time hupo-hupo siya). Nagpuyo ra man gud siya sa atbang ug lili-on lang niya kon duna tawo sa gate. Duna pa sab ko namatikdan na ang gipost nako na rates sa service such as wash-dry-fold was supposed to be P30.00 per kilo. Karon gipapas murag gituyo ba para makapaningil siya ug dako, lagmit kay ang mga turista didto bisan ug P50.oo per kilo ok ra man kay mas barato pa man gihapon kay sa blue water. Wala siya mo admit nga gi-usab ang rate. Mag bu-ot pud sa amo kay bisag ang amo patakaran, no pay, no service, modawat man gihapon bisag walay bayad (inig kuha pa mobayad). Daghan pa siguro milagro gipangbuhat, ma-o na nakadecide mi ibaligya na lang ug amo jud advice mangunay jud ang makapalit or kanang iya jud sinaligan ang mo-operate. Kung makama-o lang jud, less than one year mabawi na iya investment, hence the affordable rent to own rate.
