The location is in Buyong, Maribago LLC, in a tourist area just walking distance from Maribago Blue Waters. We have regular clients. The rent is P5,ooo.oo which includes an aircon and exhaust fan. Duna pud standby water tanks para in case wala tubig ang MCWD (which is happens regularly), you can still operate. Pwede pud matulog didto kay duna man CR and shower. I offer an easy installment package of just P4.5k a month (rent to own) for a period of 24 months for the shop (excluding of course the room). I only ask 3 months advance for the room and the shop for a total of P28,5oo.oo. Shall you decide to move to another location, the equipment must be paid up before moving. Pwede pud icash ang tanan at a discounted rate.

I tried calling the 2 numbers pero ang 2388118 walay motobag & ang 5117610 is unreachable. Is there another way to reach you. Unsay name sa shop kay adtoon nalang nako. I'm interested since I'm also from lapu-lapu.
