    sa mga defective na ug knee like me try choosing the stationary bike in the gym rather than running and maintain the required heartrate. it works for me and it can work with you too...

    before ako para tangtang sa tambok kay HIIT...........sprinting............effective gyud then clean diet unya push-up ug any abs workout

    you can make your own program depending on your goal and time availability
    from diets to programs and supplements they have it
    all you need now is a motivation to hit the gym and sweat.

    I would like to remind everyone that no matter how you workout and eat right now won't matter if you don't have consistency. This should be a lifestyle. Not simply a 90 day or a year thing. Be Healthy and Lean forever!
