always remember that most programs for exercise are an hour or 2hours max
you still have 22hours remaining sa imo adlaw. what you do with that remaining time

Good point bro.. I actually mix weight lifting + conditioning workouts now. My conditioning workout consists of bodyweight exercises and sprints. but light na so they can recover from the previous training.. Cardio is good. But again if you want XTREME results then exercise with MAXIMUM INTENSITY! Go for sprints! That would definitely melt the fats! But i warn you... It's not easy! hahaha

PS: in order for you to burn fats in your system, heartrate should be maintained at 130-140 beats per minute at least for 20-30mins. and this is true..[/QUOTE]

Not entirely true. depends on age and obesity.

130-140bpm is the standard HR which fats are converted into energy
but for age and obesity factor, this is where BMI(body mass index) and BMR(basal metabolic rate)
comes into play. in other words, for dummies guide lang and stat nga 130-140bpm pra di na sila magthink pa ug computation.

PS: para gamay nga inspiration lang, the more muscles you gain, the faster your metabolism will become. dili man pabug.atay ang alsa sa gym but ang effort ninyo sa gym ang mo.matter. do proper form and execution instead of lifting anang bug.at kaayo nga puthaw. hehe..

check lang imo pulso bai lestat
