Analysts: Philippine leadership wilts under crisis spotlight

Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang's complaint that he couldn't get President Aquino on the phone also ratcheted tensions between China and the Philippines.
"It's an isolated incident and I think the government needs to think of a way to make sure that's understood -- that there's not some lawless situation in the Philippines and it's not a terrorist act," Hamlin said. "It involved foreign guests, who made it an international incident -- it wouldn't be resonating around the world right now if it involved only locals."
Still, the incident resonated abroad because so many Philippines nationals live and work abroad -- an estimated 10 percent of the Philippines nearly 100 million population live and work abroad. Watching the incompetence unfold at home underlines why low-skilled laborers are wooed away to Hong Kong to work as domestic helpers, and why high-skilled engineers are lured to Dubai or skilled nurses flock to jobs in the United States, said Chamorro, the risk analyst.
"When they lose their best skilled people, that's a huge obstacle -- they really need these people at home," Chamorro said.

photogenic man sad sila bro
daghan bright sa pilipinas though mas daghan ang bogo... di ta mo asenso kay kita mo lihok base on out emotions or by popularity.. theres less logic involved.. tapulan mga pinoy.. to the point nga tapulan maghuna2x..
the philippines just made an imbicile president who cracks under pressure who lacks personal strength.. the filipino concept of "freedom" is too simplistic that it borders between anarchy.. sad to say the media is partly to blame for this.. they favor one politcal agenda or another.. where is unbiased views and truthful news?.. clearly responsible media is lacking here...
the last effective and intelligent president was deposed in favor of a more popular yet weak cory aquino...
we need another strong leader.. not some old baby...
i dont respect ab-NOY as a man... 50 something na cya tapos wa pa cya na minyo? grabe sab.. and all he does is blaming the previous administration or glorifying his mom's administration..
if he wants to lead this problematic country, he needs more strength and political will..

Aquino III Wins Presidency with Facebook. Now Disables It Like A Little Girl Being Stalked.
You heard it here first. Benigno NOYNOY Aquino III, or simple known as COWARD, or PUSSY has now disabled his facebook account. Earlier this morning, he disabled the ability for the public to post directly onto his facebook Wall. As of a few minutes ago, he's official gone from facebook. Run Forest Run.
This is the worse form of Cowardice (with a capital C) that I have ever seen in my entire life. This is a President we are talking about here, one that used facebook to gain popularity to win a Presidency. Ladies and Gents, the proof is in the pudding, and a pudding Aquino surely is. In summary by his actions, we can conclude these points:
He runs and hides in the face of adversity.
He supresses commentary that does not favor him.
When he needs you, he'll use you. When you're of no use to him, he'll cut you off.
Brothers and Sisters of The Philippines, this is a President that will leave us in our time of greatest need. Correction: This IS our time of greatest need. I cannot even stand up for my motherland...our Commander in Chief has run away.
Shame on you Aquino - you are a LOSER. Shame on us for believing you.
