the problem with some people is they can't get over on Pnoy's winning the election. WE should move on and support him instead of acting like a CRAB.

That's the responsibility of the DFA secretary..my point on this thread is why kept blaming the president when there are people who are directly responsible for it? tanan nalang sayup - blame the president.
