These two generations know the meaning of hard work and are not averse to such. furthermore, these are the generations who are able to assess that their pay is commensurate to their workload/job description. My point being they do not demand more than what is appropriate. they know how to SACRIFICE.
SOME of today's generation are so focused on the money that they will almost stop at nothing to get what they want.
lugi ra ang company in terms of time, but not in terms of money. It's not like the cost of training is considerable against the cost of compensating an employee very high in order to keep him/her in the company. Furthermore, I think management has a VERY good idea of the market and what is commensurate or not in relation to work load/job description. They would not attempt to engage in business if they didn't know how to handle their employees. They know of ways to augment a person's salary thru special bonuses and such. They KNOW how to treat their employees right. they are given guidelines and such. otherwise, patay na na sila sa NLRC ug DOLE.
