ana manjud nah.. they have to risk. kaysa mansad mawad-an silag tao or come and go lang ang ila employees just because dili ka uyon sa sweldo. Ang integrity sa work muubos na lang. Imbis nga well trained na ang usa ka employee for that company, nya mukalit lang hawa, magtrain na pud then kung makat on na, hawa nasad, bag o nasa ang trainee. Way katapusan. Mau ta tog tigdugay before makaresign, wat if maghulat lang regularization, resign daun just because di ma meet ang iya need for the salary. Kung in ana pirmi mahitabo, mas lugi ang company.

I suggest accepting the P18 raise. It's not every day that wage adjustments like these happen.

Yes, a well-trained employee is good for the company; saves them the hassle and stress of re-training staff for the job. However, There is a considerable change of attitude for a lot of this generation of employee, that being it's no longer like the baby boomers or the generation after the baby boomers. These two generations know the meaning of hard work and are not averse to such. furthermore, these are the generations who are able to assess that their pay is commensurate to their workload/job description. My point being they do not demand more than what is appropriate. they know how to SACRIFICE.

SOME of today's generation are so focused on the money that they will almost stop at nothing to get what they want.

lugi ra ang company in terms of time, but not in terms of money. It's not like the cost of training is considerable against the cost of compensating an employee very high in order to keep him/her in the company. Furthermore, I think management has a VERY good idea of the market and what is commensurate or not in relation to work load/job description. They would not attempt to engage in business if they didn't know how to handle their employees. They know of ways to augment a person's salary thru special bonuses and such. They KNOW how to treat their employees right. they are given guidelines and such. otherwise, patay na na sila sa NLRC ug DOLE.
