reypel there are tons of explosive exercises you can find in youtube. please do research too. an example of an explosive exercise would be clapping pushups

i tried diet before.. But sometimes if you are really hungry your brain does not work well. how was that?
What diet could you recommend (in a way that i can lose fats quicker than normal)? What are the proper food combinations? I dont want to get headaches by dieting (preventing myself to eat too much when im hungry, especially when its not meal time yet). Is it okay not to eat dinner?
