    amo company, ang "basic pay" kay naka indicate man sa payslip kada bulan...so inig bonus, mao gyud to imo makita sa payslip....13th month pay = basic pay....lahi pud siya ug payslip. Inig open nimo sa payslip ang naka print didto kay 13th month pay ra gyud. Wala gisagol sa regular nga payslip.

    If your 15th or 30th day payslip clearly indicates that your Basic Salary is 20,000.00 pesos, which means 40,000.00 pesos ang imong Basic Salary monthly....unya naa kay absences or tardiness dili nimo madawat ang tibuok 40,000.00 pesos inig 13th month pay tungod sa absences/tardiness? what ever happened to your paid leaves? Mo contradict pud siya sa 13th month pay is equal to your 1 month basic pay or pro rated ni siya if wala gyud ka nag start sa Jan of the current year.

    hahaha...nang recruit man to sila sa una ug mga engineers para sa Malaysia...may gani wala to madayon...maapil unta ko didto tingali. Wa tingali to nadayon kay ako sila giingnan nga ang going rate sa parehas namo ug skill around 5,000 to 8,000 USD depende sa specialization ug skill sets acquired.

    wala man nicontradict bai kay gistate man niya nga "all remunerations or earning paid by this employer for services rendered" pero dili included ang mga paid leaves, OT ug uban pa.

    If absenot ka or late ka pirme, kinsa kaha naa sakto nga hunahuna nga amo nga mohatag ug incentive nimo?

    if absenot ka or late ka pirme...di ba naa man nay deductions if late ka? if absent ka, naa man pud kay paid vacation ug sick leave....ako bai, ma late man ko usahay sa among office, makita gyud nako ang deduction sa payslip but it never affected my 13th month pay gyud. I was even reprimanded for going beyond the allowed tardy minutes, hapit na ko ma suspenso pero wala ghapon ma affected ang akong 13th month pay.

    Ako uban officemates nga na suspenso ug 1month murag kadto siya kay nakuha-an gyud ang iya 13th month pay.

I was even reprimanded for going beyond the allowed tardy minutes, hapit na ko ma suspenso pero wala ghapon ma affected ang akong 13th month pay.

    nah!kung per year samot ka gamay...mahulog ra ug 30k pesos ang buwan...awww kng libre accomodation ug kaon, ok ra sad.
