guys, the dole just confirmed nga absences and lates have nothing to do with the 13th month pay. u may want to confirm what i say by calling them.

duh... unsa man ang nimake sense nimo nga ang earned is not the actual earning? or you just want to interpret the law kung asa ka beneficial?
