    dapat ba taga adlaw mag gym?kay ako newbie pa mhan gud ko 1week nako nag everyday hadlok lang ko bcn ma pul.an ko akong age kay 15 then weight is 260pounds

    waaaaa... pilay height nmo bro? daku.a nmo oi.... no offense lng ha... ako naa rman ko sa 142pounds... if losing imong program ok rna... para mas mo burn ka ug more pounds... focus more on cardio lng... nya disiplina pud sa kaon... hehe

    bro maffin.. at least siguro give yourself one day of rest per week.. especially if makafeel ka na medyo gi pamaulan or nanakit na imong lawas.. kay ma overtrain ka bai. dili pud na maayo sa lawas.. or sa imo na gi ingon basin mapul-an raka dayun.. dapat lang gyd imong mindsetting is dili nimo ma shrug off imong excess weight overnight.. slowly but surely and safely lang dapat..

    Sakto ka bro, ako maximum 4-5 days per week ra sa gym. Naay tao nga OK ra taga adlaw mag-gym, pero nag-steroids siguro na sila kungdi light weights lang ang gigamit. Mas pas-pas man ang resulta kung heavy weights (6-8 reps) jud gamiton, pero kingahanlan 2-3 days per week sad ang rest.

    At least 1 exercise per session should also be compound exercises with very heavy weights (eg Deadlift, squats, cleans, bench press). Most of my advice I got from many articles I've read on the internet, when I have time I'll post them all so everyone can figure out what works for them. Of course you don't want to overdo and lift too heavy a weight especially for deadlifts as they can be dangerous, but if the weight is too light you won't get anywhere either.

    Panagsa raman sad na nako gibuhat.. maybe 1x a month. On most weeks I try to balance out what I'm eating over the whole week, so I'm not that strict with what I'm eating from day to day. If I eat too much this day, then the next day I'll eat less. This works for me because there are some days when I can eat whatever I want and not feel like I'm forcing myself into a diet. I think most people are too strict with what they eat, so they go on a kind of yo-yo eating pattern where for weeks they watch every calorie they eat and go to parties and not eat anything, then after that they crash and give up on the diet and eat whatever they want.

    I prefer what I'm doing, because it allows me to fail a few days a week and still feel like I'm following a long-term plan. For me, it's unavoidable for most people to have off-days from any plan in a given week, because of things like parties, dates, etc. The main reason people give up on eating right is because they are too strict for too long and feel they've already failed when they eat too much for a couple of days and so decide to just give up. With what I'm doing I don't feel I'm restricting myself when I go to a party, I eat whatever I want, so I don't feel left out. This is what works for me, I know it's not science but I feel it's the only common sense way to follow a long-term plan. Plans that don't allow failures every now and then just don't work for me, and I think for most people.
