mao magdepende jud na sa inyo diet... ang ideal diet pud kay 1lbs of bodyweight = 1 grm of protein... para sak2 ug supply inyo muscle... fi ganahan pamo mopadako ug pagau... patase inyo protein intake but make sure to check on how many fats inyo na intake pud

Not only your program, but your food intake too. If you cut too much for too long your body shuts down and starts burning fewer calories. I'm cycling not just my program but my food intake too. On some days I eat a lot of protein, carb and fat (excess 2500+ calories). On other days I cut out most carb and only eat protein and fat. And on really rare occasions I eat only century tuna all day and eat below 1500 calories.
