    para nako.. okay raman magposing2x, so long as walay moy naigo/sikuhan sa inyong pag-posing2x diha or nakasamok sa uban.. mind your own damn business lang.. eventually they will come to a realization na it's somehow quite ego-centric to maintain that kind of gestures inside the gym (base on experience raman pud hehe).. what i find quite annoying are those people na magsige ug syagit, mastorya while sitting/staying idle with the equipments.. and usahay those na kulang nalang mahubo magworkout..

    i remember at one point i always look myself at the mirror, not because i wanna see myself all the time, but it's my odd way of motivating myself.. i kept on talking to myself "silently" while working out hehe

    pasagdi lang na sila brad, they have their own ways on how to motivate themselves. all of us have gone thru newbies sa gym but only few had succeeded.

    Di ta mag.alsa ug bug.at kau kung di lang ma execute ug tarong kay sayang lang ang kusog ug time.
    If di ka perform ug 12 reps ayaw lang sah increase ug weights.

    Daghan ra kaayo nga reps ang 12 bro.. I think 8-10 reps ang tarong nga rep para sa lake. Ang 12 reps para pang tone lang na. Ok ra ang 8 reps basta sakto lang ang porma.

    depends on your goal. Do you want to be a muscular basketball player? or a "deither" type? Dwight Howard physique? Derek Fisher type?

    sa mga bodybuilders, meaning those who compete, must stay away from longer physical activities beyond 2 hours.

    reason is because of producing too much Cortisols (muscle destroying hormones). Thats why youll notice mga lawas nila Kobe, Dwight, Fisher, Lebron, slim, pero naa muscle gamay, ug grabe ang cut nila.
    di gyud ni sila mudako ang Chest, like what you emphasize sa imo question. Kay sige man sila Dagan, ambak. I hope this helps.

    bro sak2 man mo tanan sa rep. COZ u need to change your rep once in a while kay a2 body ma anad jud na.. mao na tawag periodiz program.......... and ato gidakon kay magdepende sa ato diet..... if mag heavy ta kailangan sak2 jud ug suporta sa kaon but dili pud pwde magdugay ug heavy kay madaot inyo joints.... kng maghigh reps pud mo hinay ug developement inyo kusog .....


    so bottm line is dont stick 2 one program... randomly change it
