    kana maoy dakong misconception bro. If you consistently train for about 3-4x a week, kinahanglan naa sad gyud ka cardio in any form. Jogging, biking, running, basketball or any form of cardiovascular activities para ma maintain ang imung metabolism ug saka heart rate. naa daghan ingun nga basta sobra sad daw sa cardio di nasad maayo.     Sa ako case mao nag gym ko kay para basketball man gud so ako gyud gi balance. Lift ko heavy weights for mass and strength den naa sad gyud cardio in the form of running and jogging para hangin ug para lean2x sad gamay.

    Kung mag check kag mga programs sa internet apilan gyud sa mga fitness coaches ug at least one day of cardio, either pa lean ka or pa bulk.

    thanks bro. kay jogging man gud mi sa ko cousin for the past weeks but usually twice a week ra nuon. then basketball basta sunday. then naka decide mi mag gym. den naa naka ingon nga dli daw maayo mag jogging kung mag gym na. newis thanks bro maayo na lamdagan mi.. ginagmay ra man pud nuon nga jogging amo d pud sprint. hehehe..

    kani tuo gyud ko ani brad! di sad sa pag discourage sa mga bag-o lang nag gym, pero dont think too much about unsa ang makita nimo sa mirror. and dapat i check pirmi imung form, execution ug sama sa ingon ni brad yokyok, i-stretch imung muscles instead of posing. leave your ego at the door.
