    the gym im in is not on the list though, Workout Fitness sa Banilad, price/facilities ratio is quite ok...not a bad place if you are not into the "luxury gym" or "equipment must look good" mentality... I think metrosports is also ok..

    nag no rice diet ko karon for my breakfast and dinner nig lunch rako kaon rice pero gamay ra

    no coke and desserts

    lahi ra gyud sa ang kinaon before! 2 ka rice, naa gyud coke, kanang lami gyud, nig gabii sa fast food ra permi and etc.

    well ni gamay ko after a week

    2 weeks nako on my diet and ni gamay gyud ako tiyan

    ng weights sad ko ginagmay ra para mo solid ang akong ng laylay na panit! hahaha


    fact lang masdali mo payat ang lalaki kaysa babae

    Naa koy na.obserbahan ai sa bag.ohay ug obsessive mag pa dako ug lawas sa gym..
    Madungog nako sa ilang istoryahan (di ko tantong chismoso).
    "Pre grabe, wa koy kaon2 ug rice, camote permi"
    naa pai "5-6 Chicken breast ako gikaon permi na i-steam way timpla2"
    naa pod "twice ko mag gym per day, and 6x a week"
    Grabe pod ang pangalsahon kay perting bug.ata bsag bag.ohay pa lang.
    Tigdugay pod mu.gym, pasobra.an ang hours.

    after 2 or 3months...

    Wa na makita sa gym. Ngano? gikapoy na. Nibalik nag katambok ai..
    Opinion ra nako, wa ta nanghilabot kay ilaha nang gusto..hehe

    Mau unta kanang di kau ta obsessive magpadako, kanang normal lang ato kaon,
    normal lang mag gym, mao na ang makadugay kay di man ta mapul.an, mabored, ug later on
    kapoyan na nuon.

    Ok ra ang camote and steamed chicken breast ang kan.on, kana kung makalahutay kag kaon ana
    for 2 or more years. or Kaya ba kaha sa imo budget? Lisod mana i-maintain na diet so after pila ka months mubalik ka sa normal nimo na kaon, asa na man kron tong imong gigastohan na 5 chicken breast a day? Sayang ra sa resources ug time.

    If magpadako, do it slowly and constantly.. Use a program na you see ma.maintain nimo for
    years...

    agree ko ani...ang uban mn gd mag gym and ganahan naa daun result mao kusog kaau magpaugat..hehe..ang ending makapoyan na nuon and mawad-an ug gana after a few weeks/months...in my opinion, you should have long term goals kng mustart ka work out para di masayng imo effort and di ka mawad-an ug gana..kanang program na mamaintain nmo for a long time (this includes ur budget, time, and diet plan)...make it a part of ur lifestyle...

    mao nay kataw.anan. ako gani di kaayo ko tig.gym, cge rajud kog dagan, abtan paman gale kog usa ka semana para lng maka.maintain lang ug arang2 na hangin para mudagan ug pila ka kilometro.. mas lisud pa nang muscles na imo ibuild lalo na kung involved ug weights..

    kung apurado kaau mo, pa-belo nlng mo..
