    bro okey ra ang dagan basta within time duration lng sa ako na hibawan 15-30mins sprint and ideal... kay kinahanglan jud ug cardio if magbodybuilding... dili pud ka ganahan dako ug lawas pero wlay lahutay...

    mao magdepende jud na sa inyo diet... ang ideal diet pud kay 1lbs of bodyweight = 1 grm of protein... para sak2 ug supply inyo muscle... fi ganahan pamo mopadako ug pagau... patase inyo protein intake but make sure to check on how many fats inyo na intake pud

    Importante sad ang fats. Saturated fats increases testosterone levels. Most studies now say that it is too much sugar (carbohydrates) that makes you fat and causes heart damage. Daghan nag-diet nga walay fats pero nisamot hinuon og katambok kai sige og kaon donuts og coke

    Not only your program, but your food intake too. If you cut too much for too long your body shuts down and starts burning fewer calories. I'm cycling not just my program but my food intake too. On some days I eat a lot of protein, carb and fat (excess 2500+ calories). On other days I cut out most carb and only eat protein and fat. And on really rare occasions I eat only century tuna all day and eat below 1500 calories.

PEACE! XD

    and also bro dli jud na nindot kng century tuna ra imo gikaon all day coz it shud be a balance diet.... usa pasad tanan pagkaon na gisud ug lata naa mga preservatives mao makadaot jud mas maau kng fresh fuds..... advce lng bt if dli ka ayaw lng pud sulti rako sa tinuod
