I don't think enough ning S3X education to prevent teenage and unwanted pregnancies. Congress should also submit laws concerning couples checking in MOTELS & HOTELS. Like in Dubai, for a couple to be able to check in to a motel or hotel they need to present their MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE!

I've made my arguments, but let's say you're right and I haven't. Well, I will be happy to debate with you if you had your own ideas and didn't just copy/paste them from somewhere else. If I wanted to argue with unoriginal ideas, I would go to the blog/site you pasted your ideas from, and argue with the original author of the idea. Why argue with a copy when I can do so with the original?

By the way, "we" is plural and should refer to more than one person. You should have said "I" since you are only speaking for yourself.
