@madvirus1300: reboot, tanawa kung makasulod ka ug bios press F5 (para default bios setting) enable na niya balik ang 4 cores. pero kung naa password... then dili ta kasulod.

i tried it when i upgraded from core 2 duo to core to quad.. without reformating

pag pa dagan nako sa akong system task bar..... i only see 2 threads... i fixed it by changing the value in msconfig to 4 processors... and after the restart ni 4 threads na cya

OT: whats wrong about quoting? it simply means para ma trace.... para ma hibaw an if nag edit ang post originator... whats wrong about showing humility... were almost anonymous dire.

Boss, naa may DEEPFREEZE ang mga Unit sa Voya...
Mura di man tingali ni mailisan.... Wa pud ko kahibaw unsay password nila sa ilang DeepFreeze..

Ang mahitabo kay mura mabalik lang gihapon ang settings sa BIOS tungod ana sa DeepFreeze..

nope, afaik ang deepfreeze is a software based "freeze" system. Dili siya mu-utingkay sa settings sa bios.

What it does is take a "snapshot" of the system (OS+filesystem) tapos revert it everytime it reboots.

When you change a setting in the bios, it needs to reboot (to change the settings) then continue on to booting up to your os.
